About the Role:

Goldman Sachs is hiring an Analyst (Engineering Division) to join its Software Engineering team in Hyderabad. This position focuses on the development and enhancement of CRM Salesforce functionality for the Executive Office. The role is perfect for engineers looking to apply Salesforce development skills to create world-class CRM solutions in a high-impact environment.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, work across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and deliver secure, scalable, and innovative solutions in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and CRM integration.

What You’ll Do:

  • Contribute to the CRM Salesforce roadmap by building and improving features.
  • Be actively involved in the entire SDLC including estimation, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Build world-class CRM solutions using Salesforce Lightning (LWC/Aura), Visualforce, Apex, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Develop technical process review documents and testing plans.
  • Collaborate with engineering and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Work with stakeholders and simplify complex functionality for non-technical audiences.

Key Technical Skills:

Salesforce, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, JavaScript, CSS, Salesforce REST API, Salesforce SOAP API, Data Migration, Lightning Flows, Agile

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of Salesforce development experience (Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations.
  • Experience designing and developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Hands-on experience with Apex triggers, classes, custom controllers, and Visualforce.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce security and sharing models.
  • Knowledge of integration patterns (REST and SOAP APIs).
  • Ability to analyze requirements and design effective implementation and migration plans.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and work in global teams.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and iterative development.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Solid technical foundation in software development with a focus on quality.
